About this Exhibitor / Bio:
I've wanted to be a chocolatier since I was two years old. Owner of Chouquette Artisan Chocolates and Confections, I left the business world for a year at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and learned how to make European-style, soft and flavorful caramels. Using real ingredients: sugar, local butter and cream with natural infusions of balsamic caramel, raspberry, vanilla beans and single origin coffee beans, I create confections with family-owned Fair-Trade Guittard chocolate. Decorating each piece with colored cocoa butter, or edible gold dust, Chouquette chocolates are as beautiful as they are delicious. We carefully make each chocolate, assemble every box, and tie all the bows with our own hands.
